Hola!  My name is Sra. (Mrs.) Russ.  I am originally from Colombia and was raised in Panamá.  My husband and I have two adult kids.  I have a little yorkie named Snickerz.  I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.  I like to participate in 5K’s to help me stay healthy.
